Dear UCSD Veterans Staff Association Members and Affiliates:
We hope you, your family, and your friends and colleagues are staying safe and remaining healthy. We want you to know that we are thinking about you during these challenging times and hoping you are finding productive ways to manage stress and anxiety. Although we are all practicing safe physical distancing, it is important for all of us to stay connected as a community to ensure no one feels left behind. We’ve got your six!
Below is a list of a few helpful resources that we have collected from our campus and community partners that you can add to your self-care tool kit. Keep in mind, there are many other organizations providing self-care tips, and the list below is not comprehensive.

As a community, let’s continue to support one another through acts of kindness. We can all participate through ways that practice physical distancing by checking in on our family, friends and neighbors via telephone, email, social media or a Zoom/Skype chat. Please also remember to check-in on our most vulnerable: our elderly neighbors, single parents and those with no family in the area.
We look forward to connecting in person when we are all able to safely come together for our monthly meetings, and campus and community service projects.
